This site is going to be a running log. I'm going to post useful tips, exercises, stretches, and other techniques that could be found useful. ReplyDeleteOh I'm definitely following this. I go to the gym 4+ times a week around 3am (lol). But on the nights I can't go because of work etc. I wanna get a little bit of exercise in on those days. n__n
